Effective over a period of time
Niacinamide been hyped everywhere so I had to try it and I must say it is effective. Although it does take 2-3 weeks or regular use to notice a change. There's no harsh reactions and I'd say it good for even sensitive skin. Everyone that wants a clearer skin tone and struggles with spots should give it a shot.
